Read the figures together
- House and unit prices are separate residential medians, with at least 10 qualifying sales. Missing values mean there is no qualifying published sample.
- Rents cover the whole postcode, from NSW Fair Trading bond lodgements for Oct 2025 to Sep 2026, with at least 10 bonds. Suburbs sharing a postcode share the same rent figures.
- Gross yields divide postcode rent by suburb prices before costs, vacancies or tax. The samples cover different homes and periods; this is context, not a return estimate for a particular property.
- Same-home change uses at least 15 resold homes. House figures are withheld where vacant-land activity in the base years could make new construction look like price growth. Renovations can still affect resales.
- Census context is from 2021, not a current population or income estimate. Ambiguous suburb matches are left blank.
